Muted In Hub

Why do I think I got banned. Got banned by Spamming i said sorry but i did it again but i know how to control myself with spamming so sorry for that.
Minecraft username, case sensitive. Theemily2000
What does it say when you try to join? I could go on the server but im just muted in the hub.
Ban length? 15 mins. It glitched for me. I was suppost to be muted for 15 mins but when i waited it just said "U are Muted!"
Anything else you would like to say? Sorry for that nonsence.

PS. @Yonda look at this and see if it acceptable if it is than comment on the comment section, if u could not make it then other moderaters could look at it

I was muted in hub as well? I don't talk in hub so I really don
t know why I was muted. I went to go ask about skyblock and it said "your voice has been silenced". Why?
