    Kitpvp color writing in chat used to be available bout a year or 2 ago when the server was considered the "old days". Surge took color chat away for a reason because everyone spammed chat.

    Well, I'm not sure about the incident, but Im not sure if you can place a cool down for colored chat. I might be incorrect, but even if you could I'm guessing it would be very hard to implement. Cause lots of people spam color chat on factions. There punishment is a mute for doing so.
