Server I am applying for mod on: KitPvP

Respectfulness on a scale of 1-10: 9, I always treat players and staff with respect. Even when they ask annoying questions, or keep asking the same question over and over i will answer correctly with the same
amount of respect than if the player would've asked it for the first time. No discrimination or anything else, I treat everyone equally.

Obedience on a scale of 1-10: 8.5. I would rate myself 8.5. If any of the staff told me i should come and help, I will do it immediately, unless if I really can't or when it harms the other party.

Experience: I have been the owner of a couple of small servers. I have also co-owned a decent factions server called DevinPersuit, they had 25 players on daily.
At the moment I'm admin on a pretty small server TimelessNetwork, a server i often stream on.
I don't have that much experience, but I'm for sure reliable, active and mature

Because of the recent growth of inactive mods on the Skywars and the increasing number of spammers and hackers I would like to apply for: KitPvP Moderator:

I've been on the server for a while now (since the old lobby and before the newest updates, score reset, etc..). The last few weeks I really got to know what is happening behind the scenes of the server.
Mods and admins work(ed) really hard to get the server where it is now and I would gladly help out.
On KitPvP I'm always friendly, greet people, play when they ask, etc.. A lot of people on KitPvP would also recognise me as a sociable, talkative guy who's always friendly.
I'm quite well known in the KitPvP lobby which is great, because people can always come to me if they have questions, they know that.
People also know that I'm very spontanious. I'm more in the lobby talking to everyone than actually playing the minigame .
I also try to moderate the chat as much as I can when there are no other mods online, this sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't.
When I spot a hacker I usually immediately tell Yum or Kat (Yum44 / Katniverse) and they can then ban this player.
When people call out a hacker, or report a hacker to me, I will first invesigate the situation because lately there are a lot of (what i call) ragecalls: people who call out a hacker (out of rage), when they're not hacking.
Spammers get a couple of chances before I decide to mute/ban them. The ban will probably not be longer than a few hours, because spamming is not causing extreme harm to players/the server.
Against hackers I have a more severe policy, but of course the banning time if negotiable with the other staff member.
I'm good friends with the KitPvP staff team (Evravon,Kat,Yum and Jello) so I really think that the 5 of us would be a very strong staff alliance.
There are probably more skywars mods, but I haven't had the chance to really meet them and talk to them I suppose.
Recently I've become good friends with Xavesticks too, and i've been helping him with mods and such.

I also like to think that i'm funny which brings a happy note to the KitPvP lobby! (or an akward one...)
If I just take the records of this week, i'm guessing I've been online about 4-6hours /day and I'm in the middle of my exams..(don't judge me)
Anyways..because I'm online so much I really starting to get to know some players and vice versa.
I'm also very good with negative critisism and I will never swear. I can handle banter like no other, so that won't be a problem either. (Call of Duty and Runescape history)
I don't think anyone/many people hate me on KitPvP because as I said before, I will stay friendly no matter what, unless on a very rare occasion I have a bad day.
Which takes me to my next point: I'm always positive. I never bring along my sadness to the server, and try to cheer as many people up as I can.
Whether if it's with my (terrible) jokes/puns, or just by playing a game with them.
I'm aware of all the rules applied to the KitPvP minigame and I'll make sure the players will be aware of these.
In general the KitPvP community is a very strong and good community in my opinion. A lot of players get along very well and when there's a bit of banter, I usually step in and solve the problem.

Toghether with the other staff members, I hope I can help the KitPvP community to grow bigger and better than it already is!

Any extra things you want to add:
I own a youtube channel with almost 300 subscribers. I also have a KitPvP series running on this server which already brought in a couple of players (which I'm very thankfull for)
I also speak 5.5 languages (not that it really matters)Dutch , Flemish, English , French , German and a little bit of Spanish.
I also speak a solid 15 words of Latin, so if the Pope ever gets on the server, i'll get him to donate.
I also stream on Twitch, and I usually stream on this server. This way viewers can just join in with me to play a KitPvP game, which brings even more active players to the server.
I'm also a Duck.

All in all this is what I have to offer, so I hope you guys at least take me into consideration and thanks very much for reading !

Yum and Jello go on kitpvp pretty offten because I see them on when I'm there
