"SMP Server" ~le Jonneh

SMP stands for Survival Multi Player. Its pretty much a server where a bunch of whitelisted players do a survival series which can have shops, a spawn, and various creations. For example on youtube there are a few series' like Mindcrack SMP and The Cube SMP, which are great examples.

I thought it'd be a cool idea to start one of these with a big group of friends from Squadcraft . The only problem is that I don't own a private whitelisted server... If anyone could supply one, that would be absolutely amazing! I just think this is an awesome way to get creative and build stronger friendships <3.

Some more detail on the topic, the center, or spawn, is located at the 0,0 coordinates. It is the only part in the beginning in which I will build in creative mode with other helpers if necessary. We would also have a nether hub in a nether portal located near 0,0. We will have nether tunnels from there which lead to another portal, which takes other players to random places of which they can build there house. The reason for these is because 1 block in the nether = 8 blocks traveled in the overworld.

Once again if someone can get a private whitelisted server, that'd mean the world of minecraft to me ;D. If this whole thing works out, I'll set up an application form if we are accepting members, after the ones that are accepted if or when this whole thing opens up. In the beginning I think 12 players would be good to start, compared to all the other SMP's out there

If you need a server I have one if you need it

YAS!!!! as long as its a whitelisted server and nothing is really on it, or like an empty world. Also it would have to be on the latest snapshot, so 1.8-pre3

Ok, but is it okay if I had about 20+ plugins on it?

Hello @Jonny_503 ????

I'll make another server folder.
Tell me what plugins you want on it

YEEEEES IM IN!!!!

Ok I have my server set-up

Jonny needs to tell me what plugins to add

Need help? Btw you need no plugins for SMP, just plain survival

ah k

I don't need a server anymore, I have this all figured out now.

Ok then.......

Jonny need help, I've ran an SMP server before?

I'll join as long as you don't hate meh <3

Can I help also? I'm good with setting up servers

Well considering i'm offering to do it for him all of your experience kind of gets outweighed... lmao

..

thats really nice of you yonda!

hes right^

So who is doing it? Yonda, Goran, or Jonny?? Whoever makes it, can I join too?

Yes, he got best person to help lol

Yonda is doing it I guess, I'll hopefully join

Mkay, hope I can be in bcs I was one of the first who said that are in...

Same

same this sounds awesome

It's A good idea I can record some vid

As long as we can get a decent amount of people to record and advertise squadcraft more, this can be a successful sponsor
Alot of players will be able to apply for this type of thing, I may plan for a max 15 players at first, and when more things become built, we can accept 5-10 more

Spanwns and prettying things up is my area of building. If u need me ill be happy To help

Once I get a new pc, I'm building one maybe, ill be able to record and upload, ill be on alot because I've wanted one of these for a while

The more advertisement the better All players in this server will have to active so thats great.

so will this accept none yt'ers

Yeah cause I won't have a good pc to record for a while, so won't be able to record

Its ok, we'll get joshy maybe to do a lets play

so i could join maybe ?

Would you decide based on a first come first served basis?
