Today is the deadline where the EULA is being fully enforced.

As previously, posts have been posted with comments and then dies down with no FULL answer from the 'Game changers of the server' so now that the 1st of August has arrived I think the players of SquadCraft need some information. If you don't see a future for SquadCraft feel free to explain as most dedicated players would/are dreading the fact the it will shut down in the future.


Some questions that players are wanting to know answers too are:

Will rank prices change?
How will kits work in factions?
SkyWars will have F2P kits? ...Right?
Will there be any opportunities to WANT to donate for the server?

I am sure there are many more questions so feel free to post them in a formal manner below.

What the EULA changes: You cannot pay real life money for in-game items, or in-game currency.

What it doesn't change: Donating for coloured names, hats, and other non game-changing items.

Its not difficult to understand. If you got a kit/rank before the 1st of august, you still keep your kit items and can use it freely. Past the 1st, its illegal.

...Nothing has changed [which also has a lot to do with Josh's past post] + @Jonny_503 as far as I know I don't need to 'tattle' as I'm a donor myself.

 

Personally, I think they should abide by the rules.

Anyways, it's hard to get caught since we don't have any advertisements (e.g. voting, really big YTers on our server)

Yeah CQ I completely understood Mojang's letter FROM THE BEGINNING.

I just want Surge or Yonda to stop hiding and actually talk to their community. Quit being lazy and getting their act together.

 

They will still find us, Its not like we are hidden away from the whole world.. We are a bit of a popular server (compared to others)

Squad has been risking the non enforced EULA ever since i've known about donations, so yeah probably.
So when Mojang states NO paying for in game items. That would mean not deciding to continue and sell ranks with /kit in Factions, SkyWars etc for future donors, selling IG money, Super Golden Apples... etc [you know them all so I'm not going to state them]

So I know that you will refuse to tell anyone the "Loopholes" which is entirely up to you and I'm not going to go there but ill ask a hypothetical question.
... Where else can a loophole be? If what is written above are the main reasons for donating and HAVE to be changed for future donators and accessible by non donor players. This is not a game and I am no Mojang representative by any means but using any Loopholes WILL be found out and the EULA will accommodate to fit. So quit wasting your time and do what you KNOW is the right thing to do.

 

Aggreed, it is risky business to try and hide, I personally think that the server should just accept the EULA and not put the community in danger, I have made a debate thread about the whole EULA thing:

We understand that we should consider something handled if you say it's handled, but some people who are further concerned can't help but wonder and question, and that's what the forums are there for; people to talk and listen. I realize that at a time like this Yonda, you may be sick of the whole EULA thing already, but as a leader you have to keep your composure and serve the community by listening to them. "Get out of the community because I dont want you here"?! That's what you say to your clients when they ask you things? And then you wonder why they supposedly don't listen to you?

Okay, if you say so, I guess we are fine, but some people don't think that we are by the decision that has been made and that's what has flared up here... All I have to say is that if it turns out to be the wrong decision it's your loss.
