Server you are applying for mod on: factions (i would also like to say i do play a fair bit on other servers but factions i play a lot as it is the only one i have a rank on)

Respectfulness on 1-10: i am going to categorize this in to 3 levels

Regular players: i would say i am a 7.5 as i try to my fullest to respect people who are on the same level as me, or people who follow the rules and don't try to get in trouble.

Staff members: i would say i treat staff members with the up-most respect as i can, unless they are abusing or don't listen. i would rate my self at a 9

Hackers and DDoSers: ok i am pretty sure no one has respect for hackers or ddosers and i dont either even if they are my friend. i would rate my self at 0.5-0. i have a zero% tolerance for hackers and they will be dealt with as soon as i get the necessary proof

Respectfulness overall (not including the hackers or ddosers): 8.5

Obedience on a scale of 1-10: i will do this in 2 categories

Obedience on a good day (not sick or tired which happens almost all the time): Ok well when i am not tired i will do what ever mods tell me to do or any one. i will only deny doing a request if it is impossible or is going to take a week or longer. i will listen to almost everyone as long if they are arguing with me. i will only not listen if i am away from the keyboard (afk),they are spamming, or they are /ignored. as for the rating i would give my self: 8.5

Obedience on a bad day: (sick or tired, almost never happens): Ok when i am sick or tired i do tend to act up. when i do its not in a bad way where i say offensive things it in a way i don't feel i should be trying to do any hard projects or any other hard things as i get cranky when i don't have any sleep i would say i am a 6

Overall obedience: 7.5

Experience: 10. lel just kidding. so i have experience as a helper on a server and a moderator on another. i will say though this didn't give me much training as they didn't have jail (which is how you "ban") and i don't believe they had mute either but i believe with a little training i can get a grasp of the commands and use them in a good way. i also know about NCP or no cheat plus. a lot of people on the factions server have mixed views on this plug. some say 20k is a perm and 1k is a 2 hour and that is not true a ban for no cheat plus is 200k and at 20k it is a 2 hour ban or jail.

Any past offences: I do not believe I have had any on this server though I can be wrong. please forgive me if I have offended you in any way or if I have forgotten any as i will edit them in if i can remember any.

Reason you should be moderator: ok here come a long part. first let me state something that has something to do with these forums. I cant really think of a faction mod who uses it daily Now this may not seem like a big deal but it is. there is a thread called hack/ddos reports which is one of the thread i look at and i see quite a few reports for faction members but none of the mods see these reports, which causes these people to be free until one of the other mods tells them to ban the person or if they ban the person if they see them at hub. so another reason i should be mod is there is only 3 "active" mods (lexilou11, mikeydon, moist_sausage). they are on quite a lot but 3 mods can be quite small in some situations where we have 150+ players. now i put active in quotes because drpigu, nicole_panda, and xxfirepigxx (and some others i forgot)are faction mods but aren't on that much due to inactivity or other servers to moderate. also since i get /socialspy i will be able to see if there are any secret "ddos threats" roaming around in /msg or /mail. i also know a lot of people hack on this server. i am pvping a lot so when i see a hacker i try my best to get proof of hacking. not only are there hackers and ddosers there are a lot of spammers and color over users and mods dont usually mute. there have been a lot of advertisers on the faction server as well and i do not see the mods deal with them. i think i am liked on the faction server as i dont usually get in to arguments with people on this server. also there have been some bugs with the spawners but no one seems to care but i talked to surge to see if he would fix them and i believe that he did. also there are a lot of # abusers that repeat over and over again and dont get muted i will mute them if they do it at least 2 times.
any thing else i would like to add:i would never and i mean NEVER think about hacking or ddosing because i don't want to ruin other peoples experience on this server. also i do have skype but i cant as my dad is way to overprotective that i will get hacked (as i have gotten ddosed before). i will never abuse my powers and if i ever do i will accept any punishments given
