Its a good concept. The only problem is that in all skywars maps on squadcraft, the base block number 1 requires a tool to completely destroy, in most cases a pickaxe on some sort of stone. With the base block being mushroom I think it can have problems, and although aesthetics in a map plays a big part, as does functionality. This is why I would change your base block

 

Translation: I am fancy and I dont want you to use mushrooms cause then more for me yay

 

I had a pizza with mushrooms today. It was yummy
