Any extra things you want to add:Yesterday he banned a guy for saying a smiley in chat for 10 Years.Secondly he banned vtrinh for saying he pvped him??(Which is kind off weird).Also someone got banned for advertising their ip once and got banned for 10 years

This Guy wasn't IP banned he was banned for spamming an IP.. and mikeydon didn't ban someone for making a Smiley.. I see players call people hardcore hackers or something, and so the hacker puts a Smiley, maybe cuz they feel special or something.
