He does not, I was told I would get temp banned if I told cha that Tarik was abusing. More specifically Tarik told me he would tell yonda to perm ban me if I told cha

Just because he didn't do it doesn't mean he couldn't have, also I have never heard of a rule stating "10 year ban" for one advertisement but I took you on my thread "correct me if I am wrong" some people are telling me 10 is harsh and others tell me 10 is the amount that advertising (without spam) gets.
