Why do you play Minecraft?
I first started to play Minecraft about 3 years ago. I was first introduced to it by watching various videos on YouTube. Youtubers such as DanTDM, Squid, Stampy and Mumbojumbo have all inspired me to play Minecraft. I first started to play Minecraft by downloading a non-premium account in early 2012 and was limited to playing in single player worlds. I then bought the game on May 4, 2014 and continued to play on single player worlds as it was what I knew Minecraft to be. Here is where I would experiment with redstone, mob behavior and command blocks to see what new contraptions I could rig up. To this day I am always thinking of new inventions in Minecraft and I regularly use the Minecraft Reddit and snapshots to find out information about the next Minecraft versions and breakthroughs. The experimentation has shown me many tips and secrets within Minecraft and I feel confident in almost every aspect of the game. I am aware of every basic mechanic like the crafting recipes, potion brewing, enchanting and how to survive in vanilla Minecraft. I stuck to playing in single player worlds for about two and a half years and then started to check out the multiplayer section of Minecraft. It was again from YouTube where I discovered the multiplayer servers that I played on. One of the first servers I joined was The Hive. I fell in love with the various mini games they had to offer. After playing there for about a month, I decided to check out others servers. I then came across Brawl. The first gamemode I tried out was MC Party. I played that for a while, thinking that it was the only gamemode Brawl had. I then discovered about /hub and was introduced to the many unique servers that made up Brawl. After testing out each gamemode, I fell in love with Survival PvP. I have played this server since June of 2014 and have been devoting my time to it ever since. I do not plan to quit this server anytime soon. Throughout my experience on Survival, I have learned about every command and plugin, (like tracking, setting warps, and using the shop) and I feel comfortable both using them and teaching others about them.

What is your time zone? My Timezone is GMT (British Time)

What single sub-server do you spend the most time on?I spend most of the time on SkyBlock.

When are you usually online? I am usually online from 10:00am to 2:00pm and 6:00pm to 10:00pm.

How many hours a day can you play? How many hours do you actually play? i can play a maximum of 10 hours a day and a minimum of 5. I actually play 5 hours a day but can do more if necessary.

How long have you been playing SquadCraft? I have been playing squadcraft for 5 months.

What's your favorite memory on SquadCraft? My favorite memory was when i created and island it was amazing and took ages but it was worth it.

Where do you spend your time at SquadCraft? I spend most of my time on skyblock.

Why do you want to be a moderator? What is your goal as a SquadCraft moderator?
I could start off by saying how this is the best faction server I have ever played. I could brag about the excellent player base and how great our community is. The fact is, this is a given because I play here, and if it weren't all of these things, I wouldn't be here applying for staff. The simple reason for me wanting to be a part of this team is that I have a love for helping people. I miss doing this from past servers, and I have a great sense of accomplishment when someone that asks for my help has their problems resolved. To have happy players online only makes this server better.


As a moderator, how will you affect SquadCraft?
I believe my presence will benefit the server in a lot of ways. I communicate easily and in a meaningful and confident manner. I am reliable, dependable, responsible and would dedicate time to the server when possible to fulfill a position as a staff member. I think I would get along with both staff and players easily and would try my very best to help out at all times. I am respectful to others around me and to those in higher positions to me. I also have a part time job, which has helped my skills of teamwork and working in an environment as a staff member. I am also a great listener and can be trusted to help look after the Reboot Network. I understand that moderators cannot always be available and can't monitor every word and action, but because I live in the UK, I often play when there are no other staff members online. Being a part of the staff on Reboot would allow greater staff presence over more time zones, and thus help out players that do not regularly play at the same time as current staff. I also believe that my past experience would be an added benefit to the server.

Do you want Mod just to have Mod next to your name? No i want to help people with their problems and make the server a better place for everyone.

What happens if you are not chosen to be a moderator? I will not moan about it as i am mature i will just say thank you for giving me the opportunity and wait until i can reapply again.

What kind of skills do you have? I can speak fluent English, Spanish, French and German. I have a youtube channel that has quite a lot of subscribers and i also help out with a big youtube channel called Xboxaddictionz. I got A's in my ICT exam and i play the guitar.

Have you ever been banned? If so, why? No i haven't been banned.

Have you ever cheated, used hacks? If so, why? No i haven't cheated or used hacks.

How do you treat younger players? i respect them as i respect everyone else and i make sure that they are not around players who are a bad influence to them.

Do you use TeamSpeak or skype? Yes i use teamspeak and yes i use skype.

List the things you've done to help the SquadCraft community and the SquadCraft server.
I have helped many people by giving away things players need, telling players commands for thing, help players build something, tried to convince someone not to quit and made friends with almost everyone on SkyBlock and not only on SkyBlock.

How many applications have you submitted before? When was the last one? This is my first application.

Is there anything else you would like to say?
I am a loyal and trustworthy person who listens to what all the team has to say and I do it. I am a kind and caring person who has got A's in my ICT, Art, English, Geography and Maths exams. I am a unique person whose goal is to become a hypixel helper. I also got an A on the game i created in high school. I have dealt with lots of situations like depression, people disobeying rules and dating. I also have 4 staff friends who motivated me to do it. I’m very results driven. Doing a good job and achieving the desired end result is my primary motivation. I’m particularly motivated by the buzz of working in a team. It’s very rewarding working closely with others who share the same common goal. I like to take on a challenge aswell.

I really value lasting relationships and actively seek to build those with fellow helpers. I am loyal and trustworthy and always get the job done. I realize just how much I enjoy helping people out and ensuring that our visitors are not only well taken care of, but that their experience is a positive one. I’m excited by the prospect of bringing this same level of commitment and enthusiasm to this new and exciting opportunity and I think this position is a great fit for me. The final thing i need to say is that i am fair. Most people just easily rage and kick the player straight away but with me i am a fair and trustworthy person.

Do you have any experience as a staff member of any organization? (doesn't have to be Minecraft) I used to be a moderator at Mineplex and i have learnt all this at Mineplex=

• 1. /kick: this command will be used for when a player has been warned 1-2 times and keeps breaking the rule (Ex. Advertisement, Spamming, Disrespect)
  
  2. /ban: used for when players have been warned from 5-6 times and keep breaking the rules except if what they are doing is: Extreme spamming, racism, constant cursing or power abuse (in this case they will only be warned 1 time)
  
  3./tempban: used for when players do minor damage or offenses, I use this scale:
  1. Griefing: at 1-10 warning the will be banned from 1-10 days according to damage
  2.Spamming: if extreme it will be a permanent ban, if not they will be baned for 1-3 days, but if it keeps going on it will be a permanent ban
  3.Advertising: takes the same as number 2
  4.Cursing/Constant Cursing: if constant permanent ban, if minor but nonstop banned for 5 days.
  5.Banned Items(Tekkit Rule): permanent ban
  6.Asking for OP, Ranks, or Items: kick, but if it keeps on tempban for about 5 days
  7.Racist or Sexist Remarks: PERMANENT BAN, this offense is NOT accepted
  8.Mods/Hacks: permanent ban.
  This is what i invented and use for my own server (which is no more online) and others server (but first consult it with the team)
  
  4. /mute: will me used in times where the player tries to annoy, offense (minor offense) certain players. If it is constant use the scale above.

Tell us about yourself, about you, your character, personality and values.
I am a determined and loyal person who is always there when needed. I am a cheery and bubbly person who knows how to deal with lots of situations. I think love and trust are my two biggest values.

He might have meant is support on his decision (eg a low -1 means if the dude improves a tiny bit he will change his answer, but an enormous -1 is saying the person is liek Hitler m9)
