(12/09/1998 - 09/12/1998) Previous work: What public plugins have you made? Links? All my public resources (plugins) can be found at my Spigot Page, that also can be found here: https://www.spigotmc.org/members/matthewthedev.188165/ Have you worked for servers before? I've worked for a couple of servers in my past, but they haven't really been a HUGE popularity as for SquadCraft on the other hand is pretty amazing, So many gamemodes to choose from, and I get a lot of ideas what I can implement to the server. Proof of Ownership of account: https://gyazo.com/3c19dc9a59c0d767afd112f331c8dcd3 How many years have you been programming? I started on, 12/05/2012. Looking back on it, That's pretty decent of a time coding haha, I just get ideas when I see a server that I think still got HUGE protential Do you have paypal? Yes I do, but I'll private message you the email. (I don't feel comfortable with fellow players knowing my email) and I'm not really a Developer who looks for money/payment out of what I enjoy doing, So there won't really be any need of "paying" me to do anything, I do it out of good will, and the only thing I enjoy/want is to see my plugins being used by fellow players and just enjoying their experience here at Squadcraft. How much time do you have to spend on making plugins? I know this sounds bad, but I have around 4-6 hours each day coding. I take any requests, from it being 50-100 lines of codes if needs be. *This is a add-on to the application* If you'd like to get in touch with me privately, Skype - BugInTheSys Email - BugInTheSys@gmail.com Twitter - @BugInTheSys Date of application: EU: 21/06/2016 US: 06/21/2016 Time of application: EU: 17:54 PM US: 05:54 PM
y do u sign up and make an application without anyone even knowing u, make urself known first ye cos ur gonna get raped and murdered if u tell ur last name
In job interviews, you don't wait for them to know you. You just go in and yolo it. Thanks for the comment though.
um no, this is a community , u dont just come in and expect a role of power. say i were to apply for a job as a worker in a fish shop, whether i'm new or not doesnt matter because im selling food. however, this is a community, and people r gonna be pissed if some random guy comes over and becomes a dev. it's happened before and no one's usually happy
It's not like he's going to be mod or something (he might not even be active and just writes code for surge)
that is true, but he's gonna do what surge wants, not what the community wants. do you think surge gives a shit about what we suggesT? even if he were to go off and do what he wanted, he hasnt been here long enough to understand all the problems the server faces
Something u haven't got yet. Most people hate u cos u have an obsession with blitz and it kicking people. xD
To see if u are worthy of the position. Having a good reputation means nothing. Look at bear53 everyone hates him but he is developer / admin on kitpvp2
Heard it from him. The main factor in creating a Dev application is being able to develop. Honestly, it's not that hard. Obviously having a good reputation is a positive factor, however, its a lot more important that the developer can actually develop.
Mhm builder and dev are different cuz they don't need to interact with the community and play as often as mods m8
