@yum44 I hate to burst the bubble but it has been like this for a few days now and nothing is happening... Either it gets forwarded or it gets locked And also I was told skywars isnt accepting mods they have 10...

 

1 was demoted, 2 are taking exams, and 2 are very busy with other servers

And my timezone is completely different from them, only other American is Jello, who is mostly being a mod on Mcmmo, I took a risk...

 

Exams are only a week and im sure they still come on when they get the chance and they dont have your time zone but they are still on round the clock... That means theres actually still maybe 8

 

There are not 10 Skywars mods anyway. Timezone matters.

Evra was demoted, ggiinger and dibleyy have been gone more than a week, xavesticks and hubba rarely go on, and jello come on maybe once a day for an hour due to being an mcmmo mod. I don't see Kat much, but I bet she's just a different timezone x3

I agree you should get mod you have played for a long time you are also responsible from what I remember... But yonda needs to know you more I think...

Jello is a global mod, so he really shouldn't count towards the total (his main server is mcmmo like you said.)

Ive been on this server for about 2 years now since surge first took chage and when I started I always saw jonny helping out (you better like this)

What are you done with? It is up to Yonda to tell people whether he is accepting more moderators on skywars, I suppose we should let him take his time, at that point he will maybe decide on whether jonny and a few others (such as me I suppose) should be mod.

I've saw mods say there isn't space open, but like I said, a little confirmation from Yonda would be nice, and would stop/sort out the recent skywars mod application spam

They stopped accepting after there was 9 moderators, and there was 14 until 2 recently got demoted, so there is still more than they wanted, now it is just up to Yonda's disgression as to whether having this amount of mods, yet still a lot of people complaining is a good combination? And whether simply appointing more mods is a good or bad thing (with appointing good potential mods and demoting poor current mods being a good alternative, maybe).

Skywars doesnt need mods even though your good no matter how much you come back at me with facts, yonda only intended like 7 mods or 9 .-. They still come its just exams...

Alerts can be turned off by a helpful "unwatch thread" button. This app is still open as Yonda has not been clear on whether we accept Skywars mods or not. I'm still waiting for a reply... @Yonda

 

Makes sense, im still in shock of the amount of moderators not on anymore... I'd never quit....

Yes it is. When you first get mod, and more of the long time mods will agree, it's very easy to do your job just because of how motivated you are with your position.

As months go by, you can become demotivated to do that job when things you request are not listened to and problems that exist are not fixed, and you lose hope.

It's alot easier in the beginning to stay focused

 

Is it possible that Yonda could reply soon, I am going to be a bit annoyed if he says yes instantly to Jonny, and then there is no more opportunities.

 

I see what you mean... Yeah, I right now am certainly worried about the servers future not much is being done and many people are leaving and few are coming... Theres lots of stuff to improve

Because Yonda hasn't given a statement as to whether he is accepting skywars moderators, and even at that point I hope he will give people time to apply (me) instead of just going straight for Jonny because he took a chance (that may still make him have to re-apply in 2 months :/)

You have to wait for the right time to apply no other app has to be open so yours is the center of attention... My strategy...

 

Also, I am only 13. So unfortunately I have to wait until November 28th even if applications open up on skywars :/
