It seems like the staff team, (the different sections and all), and the helper mentor things are like mineplex because they have the same system.
The different sections? I suggested a way to organize staff, and but their specialties in different fields. Helper mentor was not created solely by Mineplex, many servers have it. This was just a way to make sure that our future moderators know what they are doing and will put on a professional attitude when moderating.
None of the staff things will happen. I've suggested it to Surge already and other staff. Also having to do anything but enforce rules will piss off staff. Especially Lost, and we sure don't want any leadership in the community. I mean, I was banned from shoutbox for saying it's needed. Since Squad's staff team doesn't think they need to set an example and don't think anyone looks up to them they'll be strongly against the Helepr idea. + adding helper rank has been suggested 100 time and gets denied everytime. Although the TeamSpeak thing is actually a good idea the community has shrunk heavily and will be harder to have happen.

I dont think so, She is actuslly right About The sr mod thingy, we had that earlyier but now it doesnt really makes sense cus only me or lost vayne would get in touch of getting it. And &1 is green on blue and looks really derpy on most texturepacks, and btw mods got the /prefix command to change their prefix colour. But for the rest sounds good @surgetheurge mind reading this?

To be totally honest, the server half the time is dead anyways, we have like 2 mods on the whole server, the rest have resigned and stuff, and yet surge does nothing about it.
Honestly, I can bring a bunch of new people on. Though about the lack of staff that you have mentioned @lordnelson12 makes me want to rethink. This server can become popular, but it will need a strong staff team.

You list all those teams... But mod stands for moderator, their job is the moderate the server, not be split up in to teams where they don't do moderator tasks... Also I highly doubt surge is going to hand out ftp & console to mods
If you read closely, I said it was a Sr.Mod position. Also you said "where they don't moderate tasks", I have a feeling you just skimmed through the whole thing. I told you what each group moderates. Also I said no such thing about mods getting "ftp" and console.
No. They're still moderator. Sr. is just simply an extra tag that indicates that they've been moderating for a long time and are probably reliable.
I don't see how moderators who train themselves to moderate a chat, would be able to jobs that others spend years training to do and how do you expect them to fix up the server if they don't have access to "Applications Team- Reads helper applications, they will make a decision" :: Surly that'd be an administrators / head moderator / staff manager role, why would a moderate be tasked with chosing who does and doesn't get moderator, that's a lot of power for someone who is meant to moderate the chat "Innovation Team- They will cruise around the server, they will help think of ideas on how to improve the server. Users, moderators already do this alike by submitting the ideas to the forums, and it's not like they will get access to make the fixes, surge barely trusts mods with temp ban permissions (Might not trust them at all with it anymore) "Quality Assurance- When implementing new games, before the game is released, The Quality Assurance team (QA) test it. They look for bugs, or anything players can abuse." So basically beta testers, why not just run a beta of the game, would get more players online to test and wouldn't waste valuable moderator time when they could be else where doing their job instead of trying to fuck up a new game.

I was one of the only donors and mods who would actually listen to and help players. I am not going to have a god complex and think everyone looks up to me, Your way of thinking is too conceited and this is coming from me and many know I am prideful. Having multiple leaders in this community is bad because even if I say something and another mod goes ahead and contradicts me, the average player won't know who to listen to, hence why I would rather have a greater authority than multiple "leaders" but we all know neither will happen so I opted to go for getting a detailed set of rules so no contradictions can be made. Let me set one thing straight, I am my own person and I will not change myself to set a little example which won't even be followed by the greater portion of a community
