I play Minecraft because I basically have nothing better to do, and I just like helping out other servers, etc. What is your time zone? My timezone is Central. When are you usually online? I just recently got un-banned, and I've been online for quite awhile, as well as before I was banned I played quite a bit. How many hours a day can you play? How many hours do you actually play? I can probably play on week days with school, around 1-5 hours. Without school on weekends, around 5-10 hours a day. How long have you been playing SquadCraft? I've probably been playing SquadCraft for around a year or so. What's your favorite memory on SquadCraft? My favorite memory on SquadCraft was when I pvped Ajain, and other people. Where do you spend your time at SquadCraft? I spend mostly all of my time in Factions, and sometimes just go in Hub to chill. Why do you want to be a moderator? What is your goal as a SquadCraft moderator? I want to be a moderator because like what CREEPERBOT said, there's like no mods what so ever. And I just think that I can be a big help and you've let me help you before Surge. My goal as a moderator on SquadCraft would probably have to be regaining the player base that we lost over the time, and reducing hackers, etc. Another thing I could help with which I'll probably end up putting down again under this, would be I can help with development with plugins, and fixing other things as with building, etc. As a moderator, how will you affect SquadCraft? As being a moderator on SquadCraft I think that I'll end up affecting it with it having less hackers, a better setup (if surge lets me), and hopefully making custom plugins, or other things for Surge that will help improve SquadCraft. Do you want Mod just to have Mod next to your name? To be honest. I'd have to say yes to that question and no. I say this because having "mod" next to my name is pretty sweet especially on a larger server. And I'd end up saying no because at the end of the day, it doesn't matter what rank you are, or what your tag and name is. What happens if you are not chosen to be a moderator? If I am not chosen to be a moderator on Squad. I'd probably just end up trying again later on when I have more experience and what not to say on these applications, and don't get me wrong, I've made a few applications for a few servers back in the day, but haven't made one recently so I'm most likely lacking a lot of things. What kind of skills do you have? What kind of skills do I have? Well. I have the skills to bring a fun and technical side to SquadCraft. These sides would include me being able to come on a lot more than previous mods, and be having a technical side to minecraft as well. This would mean I can make plugins for Surge, or setup another plugin that he may not know how to, etc. Another skill I have is one that can get quite a lot of newer players on, which indeed would be advertising. When I say advertising I don't mean going on other servers and spamming that SquadCraft needs staff or anything like that. Have you ever been banned? If so, why? Yes, I have been banned before in my past. This was because of me apparently "DDoS" threatening DerpyTurtle back in the day. And most of the people I hang with on Squad know I actually didn't Threat him, yet I got banned. The words I said to him were "I'm going to find you, and end you.". Yes, I know I probably shouldn't have done this, but it slipped out and that was awhile ago when I was quite immature. Have you ever cheated, used hacks? If so, why? Have I ever cheated? No sir. I've never actually used hacks or cheats on Minecraft. How do you treat younger players? Well, this is a quite easy question to answer. I treat everyone the same, no matter if you're younger than me, or older than me. Do you use TeamSpeak or skype? Yes, I use both and am quite active on TeamSpeak. As for organizations, I've helped my brother and his friend out with something they were working on for awhile, it wasn't with Minecraft or even related to games and what not, but I helped them with a website thing I believe. I was a older DDoSer back in the days, and did my fair share of illegal activity on the Interwebs. About my real life. I like playing sports, and playing and messing around with friends and just being fun with everyone. I'd have to say my personality would have to be a funny, yet serious one. As for my values. I agree with this in the part where he says inactivity and the fact that you only have 12 messages. This one is a difficult one because only about 1/10 mod apps are ones that you can consider and out of all of the few chosen to get thoroughly considered only some will receive the mod position. I think this mod app, however, is good enough to be one of the apps considered as your not just some guy who comes on and writes 5 words for each answer and secondly your not a guy who comes on and says " I'm going to stop hackers make me mod". So I think you have an alright mod app but I can see ones that I prefer. I try and give some feedback on what you have done well on and what needs a bit of improvement ( I won't mention the ddos fact because I have no recollection of the events happening or the effects you caused to another player.) Reasons why you should be a mod: Seem mature enough, Nice variety in why you should be mod, Detail is OK, Some points for improvement, You lack detail in some important questions that you could add a bit too such as As a moderator on squadcraft, how will you effect the server. You could add to this because it's an important point. Give more detail about plugins and admin etc, Get more messages Gain a bit more support ( doing alright so far heading in the right direction) Use some more reasons for why should be a mod ON SERVER AND FORUMS in public hoe will you help out with the community other than stopping hackers, Some apps seem a bit more detailed and a bit more prepared for the position. I get the feeling that within your mod app you have the feel that you want to become mod so you did have mod next to your name and the perms. And when I read your answer to that question it finalised my point. I get the feel with this mod app like many others that when you do achieve the position you won't be as committed, Add some points to back up your answers. Say things like I can recommend plugins SUCH AS just add a bit extra detail. Try and get around to answering more questions or threads on the forums so surge has a reason to back up giving you mod. Add some examples of what you have done in the past to back up your statements. I also have a few questions to ask you and a few points to make. You say you helped surge out in the hub what did you do? What application / webpage / format do you use to make your plugins. What plugins have you made in the past name and download space? And last of all you put your favoroute memory was pvping with ajain do you mean anijan ( @AniJan ) . So overall although I do not have the seem confidence as @Swegalish to give you a straight up answer I would agree that for now i will have to give this mod app a -1 sorry.
