What is your Minecraft name?
I have had a few my first one being HatTrickH my second Inf1n1teRogue and my current name Crixiaro which i intend to keep.


Why do you play Minecraft?
Minecraft is a really fun way to spend time. I love to interact and make friends with people on servers. A lot of the people i meet are really nice guys and i love to spend time "with" them. I am at home a lot so have a lot of spare time which i love using on Minecraft. I wasn't as into the original game when you could only play offline but now you can play on servers the whole game has improved immensely. I would add that the game brings an element of imagination to the world. I like the fact that the game can bring out ideas in people and there sufficient skills in building on the game. The game provides a template for a whole world of new ideas. The opportunities on this game are endless and that's what I love about the game.

I don't only think that minecraft provides a new way to chat with people and the opportunity to express your imagination it also provided a sense of responsibility do be active on a server you know so you can keep a high reputation. I like this feeling and want to expand on this by becoming mod on squadcraft.


What is your time zone?
Greenwich Mean Time.


When are you usually online?
I'm usually online after school so in the afternoon but when I'm not at school it can be any time in the day. I try to play as much as i can.

Recently I have had a lot of revision for big exams.


How many hours a day can you play? How many hours do you actually play?
On the server with both forums and the server I can spend around 5 hours a day

Server - around 2 hours week much longer on weekend.

I would consider my self quite an active player with a respectable amount of time devoted to the server.


How long have you been playing SquadCraft?
i have been playing on squad craft for around 6 months i would say and i love to do it. I think Surge has bought up an amazing server with a lot of original ideas e.g the kitpvp. I have honestly never seen this idea used anywhere else in MineCraft and love the way it is run. However although I love the server and its community I think there is still room for improvement as there always is with anything.


What's your favorite memory on SquadCraft?
This question is very hard as i have had so many. But one that definitely comes into mind if I am being specific is when i was playing with soundless an we were at the dust map taking on so many people we didn't know. It was such a laugh and we both had a lot of fun trying to kill all of them but at the expense of a lot of deaths. But generally i just love to play with people i know e.g

tomwee (who i now think is names xxXbeastpvpXxx or something like that)

B4ss
Twerky/Twekae (who has now become in my eyes one of the best mods on server and i will try to follow his strict rule for himself of no teaming which i also think is a great idea.)

I also really respect those who helped me out when i first joined squad craft and was getting completely destroyed as i had no idea what was going on e.g OliverGamingYT and Aaryhasabigmouth.

I respect every single player on squadcraft and will always do my best to help out.


Where do you spend your time at SquadCraft?
KitPvp and sometimes on factions but my main place to be is definitely being kitpvp mainly because i love the range of different kits and so many small perks each one can give you. e.g a jump boost or extra speed or regeneration. The amount of new things you can try on the KitPvP server is endless. I love the kitpvp servers so much that i even decided to spend some of my money on the crafter rank giving me 3 new kits. I then went on to buy the Vampireknight kit and the Owner kit and am now really considering just buying the supporter rank the way this server can drag you in is crazy! I play on kitpvp mainly because I love to fight in both minecraft and in real life. The fun you can get is endless. I love to use all the different kits as well because they all give something new that is why I love to play on this server. As well as factions and kitpvp I do also spend some time on prison. Kitpvp however in my mind brings another opportunity to bring out your Imagination in the kits you use as well as giving you a range of ways to fight. I like this feature and I think I can both work with it and expand on its opportunitys. I have met many funny people on kitpvp who I love to spend time with as on kitpvp most people I meet are laid back and not fussing about something like there faction getting raided or losing valuable armour. On prison I have managed to achieve rank O with an enourmas amount of help coming from @lluigi (enourmas being an understatement) on prison I enjoy the range of different activities and I like the ideas of crates also featured in factions. I think as well that is I tried to dedicate some time in investing playing on skywars I could definitely get into it quickly as it is just 1 more way to pvp on squadcraft.

Why do you want to be a moderator? What is your goal as a SquadCraft moderator?
There are many new things that i want to bring to squadcraft i don't just want to be a mod who tries his best to get rid of as many hackers and seek out as many cheaters as possible I want to bring something new to the server or do something else and that is mainly why i want to be a moderator on SquadCraft ( Aswell as the fact that I love the server!) So my goals as Moderator would as I said earlier to bring something new and become one of the most active Mods on the server. Another reason why i want to become mod is because there are a lot of spaces as mod meaning when i am usually on there is no mod there to well moderate whats going on i don't there are many mods in my time zone who pay at the same time as me.

HOWEVER I don't want to sound like the average mod application "I will so my best to stop hackers and keep the server a nicer place"

I want as I said earlier go further than the expectation:

For example
1.keep up with work needing to be done in the server
2. Complete admin needed on forums.
3. Recommend plugins
4. Search and recommend extra things the server could use.
5. Try and promote the server as much as possible
6. Keep the server updated with maybe a social media account or accounts
7. Keep up on voting for free.
8.promote forums on the server
9.convince players to come back again after playing once
10. Control arguments and fusions
11. Keep a youtube account tracking recent posts
12. Try and get some connections with mor famous players to bring players to squad.
13. Hold competitions to keep current players on the server happy offer respectable prizes and a fun challenge
14.help the server with the monthly charge if ever needed.
15. Try and get the server to hold a larger amount of people
16.try and get squad on as many promotion places as possible.
17.help with new ideas to keep the server original?
18.any help with building needed.
19.Useful information reported.

As a moderator, how will you affect SquadCraft?
Obviously as a mod i will try to stop all hackers and either jail them or ban for a few number of days or maybe even forever depending on what they do. One of the main ways i will effect the server is add things that definitely need to be "redone" and try and help out with these as much as possible. An example of this would be to do the leader boards and get them updated to the current scores. I think this is a thing that the Kitpvp server is missing i used to love looking at the leaderboards and seeing who where the best players.

As I said above I would bring many new aspects to squad.

I want to help the server bring new things and here are some of them that I would like to see in squad and how I could effect the making if them.

1. New kits on kits pvp.
2. A larger amount of activities available for prison ranging from building challenges to extreme pvp
3 a new server available for opvp I think that thus part of the server would draw I'm a lot of new players as well as bringing in a lot of new donations which can both be spent on the fee for squadcraft and also invested in new plugins to keep the server interesting.
4. New perks on the kitpvp server available for in game purchase.
5. New rank available for kitpvp

At the moment I don't think there is enough range on the server in terms of ranks on kitpvp. Spending a lot of time on the kitpvp server, I have met many many people who have donated to get the supporter rank but in my time on kitpvp I have never seen a player who has purchased the sponsor rank.

I think there is room in the kitpvp server to bring in a rank that costs between 50$ and 70$ I think a lot of players (including myself) would find this to be a respectable amount and would be willing to pay the price to get this rank.

Perks of the kit.

1. 15000 in game money.
2. A choice of one potion affect that will effect you in any kit you want it too (strength not allowed) for example you could choose speed then in any kit you would have the speed effect. If you had a kit such as blade runner that already has speed 3 the kit would receive speed 4. The potion effects can only be used on yourself and not other players other wise you could poison all players you come against. This may be a hard plugin to find I will recommend any that I can find.
3.the opportunity to make a kit o your choice with the effects you like only the first rank of a potion effect is allowed ( again strength is not allowed)diamond armour not allowed.

Kits available
Deathbringer with speed 1
Blade runner with blindness (troll kit)
An upgrade of blaze king it is too similar to blaze in my opinion
Finally a kit that provides a strength iron sword mother surgetheurge kit
An upgrade of baron sharpness 1 sword.

Sponsor will also receive all perks

This kit would bring in a lot of money to squadcraft which could also be invested in new plugins and in the monthly fee.

6. A section in the oppvp where you can earn money which you can trade onto other parts of the server.maybe 1v1s.
7. A 1v1 server where you can take money from other servers and use it to bet on the 1v1s. Command. /duel player (friendly / bet) (bet amount) I know there is a plugin that provides this 1v1 system as I have seen it on other servers.
8 MY FAVOURITE IDEA: this idea is a loyalty rank. Your loyalty rank will be shown on any server you play on within squad. This rank will be a score based on how much you play and for how long you have played. Your loyalty rank is kind of like your score on squadcraft. The number will always be shown next to your name for example in kit pvp your name would look like this : |72|3000|500|{CRAFTER}|player: hey
The number in grey marks the players loyalty rank. In this case the players loyalty rank is 72 anyone can see this.
8.a mini game server. I will help to bring in new ideas and build the. So that squad has so etching that specifically marks itself over other servers. I think the ideas for the mini games need to be ones that are original so players come to squad to play on them rather than going to a sever with more players. This will bring in new players which will equal more donations which will equal more money for the server. I will help with the plugins and I will also help coming up with the ideas.

Other ways I can effect squadcraft:
As well as all this I will also bring the standard qualitys a mod needs to squadcraft. I will prevent hackers from roaming the servers and I will keep the server free of fusions and keep it a friendly place so people will want to come back and play again. Another important thing that I will bring to squad in the mod position is keeping younger players happy. I think this is important as a lot of the people who play minecraft are 9 or under. Sometimes these players get targeted or treated badly because if there age. With the authority I will try and bring this to a stop so younger players carry on playing on squadcraft. I will of course answer any questions that need answering and help any body that needs helping.

Overall I will bring new ideas help with admin and keep squad a friendly place for all.



Do you want Mod just to have Mod next to your name?
No I already have the crafter name next to mine and will probably have the supporter one there soon. To me this isn't the important part of becoming a moderator on squad. For me the main thing about being a mod on squad is to make it a friendly place for all my last mod app I would admit to applying because of this but now definitely not insert there is more to th server and I enjoy mixing in with the community. Taking my position a step forward into the moderator position would both help me get known around the server aswell as being respected. But obviously that is not why I want mod. As I have already said I think there is an element missing in squad and I hope to bring that element to the server.

What happens if you are not chosen to be a moderator?
Of course if i am not chosen to be mod i will just have to get on with it and i will definitely keep playing on this amazing server and enjoying my time here. The mod position is obviously what I would like but even without it the server keeps me gripped.i will come back again however, I will wait and add even more detail to what I have already done I will also try to finalise the discussion by continuing to build my reputation as a good player on squad. I hope however, this does not away annoy ones opinion.


What kind of skills do you have?
Moderator Wise i have a few. These mainly come from when i used to own my own server. As I was the owner it was quite hard to run the place but i tried to spot out hackers and run the server as best i could. Unfortunately the server wasn't going as well as i wanted it to and the cost was too much so i had to stop. Although the server didn't work out it gave me a lot of new skills that i would need for being a mod on this server. Im not bad at pvp and that is why i love to play on this server. I also know most of the ways to spot a hacker and easy one to do /spectate then you are not in danger of death.

I would say that I am good at spotting small details which can sometimes be the the most important or turn out to be. I love to get things done properly and I have a great imagination! I like to think of myself as quite a persuasive person which could definitely help me in the mod position.


Have you ever been banned? If so, why?
I was only ever jailed once in the server for jitter clicking.


Have you ever cheated, used hacks? If so, why?
No Why hack? whats the point really? its not fun and your just wasting your time at the same time as spoiling others I don't think I'm the kind of guy that would ruin other peoples time so that mine could be more entertaining.


How do you treat younger players?
the same as i would treat another players if not better. I help out a lot when they are just starting. For example the other day a player had only just joined the server and was one of the only ones not in our team so he was getting targeted so i decided to step in and help him out betraying all of my team knowing that they wouldn't mind as it just gave them more kills.

Helping out young players IMO is one of the most important thing squadcraft could use in terms of stopping the bullying to stopping any offense. Younger players deserve just the same opportunity as any others.


Do you use TeamSpeak or skype?
I used to use Skype but know when i try to open the application it crashes the computer so i communicate using the general in game chat section and the forums. However I can use another type of chat if needed. I am prepared to download a software for messaging but minechat and the server forums would be preferable.


List the things you've done to help the SquadCraft community and the SquadCraft server.
i have once got a player jailed who was hacking he had tracers and never played on the server again. Other things that I have done are helping out people who have just joined the server i tell them how to go to a map and how to pick there kits a lot of the time i team with them swell to get them used to the notion of potion pvp.

I always help when needed I have got players out of jail when they were not meant to be in there and I always answer questions new players ask. I have also started a competition to keep the mood in squad good. I have generally been a good squad player. Obidient, kind, helpful and happy! I really hope to add to this lost of things I have done to help the squadcraft community. I have always helped new players who have just joined the server. I go out of my way to do this every time it is needed and will continue to do this.

In the past I have always offered help at any time it is needed. I will always 1v1 anyone who wants too so that they are happy playing and enjoy playing. If I'm being honest I'm no where near the best at pvp in the server people like @Slayingss are leagues ahead of me aswell as people like @Arman21818 and @Agardino . So I'm used to loosing and I don't really care if I do loose. The squadcraft community and if it is happy or not is importan to me because that's what I love most about the game the people you can meet. I love to chat and keep up with players in a range of different places.


How many applications have you submitted before? When was the last one?
I have submitted one mod application before. To be honest back then i wasn't ready to be a mod i didn't want it as much as i do know. I got declined by revelations who told be to try again in a few months. But i wasn't going to let that stop me. A few months later (now) i have come back to try again i messaged rev who is a great mod that i look up to get some tips of him. Being the guy he is he gave me a load of tips also sending me the link to the applications and the format. The last thing he sent me was the link to all the successful mod applications. I read all of them and studied them carefully.

This definitely helped me with my app. I took every single piece of advice possible and put it into this application. I used a range of ideas as well as a number of points on why to mod me. My reputation is also a lot better now than it was last time and I hope people can notice that.

I don't think so. Except for saying that this server is an amazing one and i love the community and I hope i can get the mod rank

Actually I would like to mention the fact that I definitely think there are some things this server may be missing that I could try and help bring.

1. Kitpvp leaderboards
2.new updated formats for the server forums
3.a number of rule breakers roaming the server.
4.some missing donation opportunitys to earn money for the server of for you yourself surge.
5. A system that can improve on every server you play on (loyalty rank refer back to as a moderator how will you effect squadcraft.)

And I am happy to do or help out with any of the server admin.
Do you have any experience as a staff member of any organization? (doesn't have to be Minecraft)
yes i used to own my own server which unfortunately as i said earlier didn't work out and i had to stop. Another one being when i used to help my mother out at her school teaching her classes i guess i just love to help and run things.

I have started my own small business at a young age with my friends we earned a small amount of money and a decent prophet. Generally I am quite OCD about a lot of things that aren't being done well. I always have to have stuff done how it should be. Although this may not be a good thing in some real life situations I think for the circumstances I will attend in the position as a mod this could be useful to the way I hand what goes on.

In the past I have always made myself the leader because I feel like I have the right sense of leadership. I have always wanted to get thing my way and I usually get people convinced with my side of argument.

Tell us about yourself, about you, your character, personality and values.
i love to play sports such as football which is my main sport i have with a few big clubs and just enjoy playing the game. I love comedy and am a very laid back guy. Although i say i am laid back i do have something of a temper but i never take it out on other people only myself and sometimes objects. i love playing mine craft in my spare time and i play the drums. I live with my parents and my sister and I'm not going to get any more personal then that xD

If I had any ideas for a future career they would be 1st of all football I have been taken in by a few professional clubs. I would say one of my main " values " is the fact that throughout my life I have always been the leader of the group and I suppose I like it because I like to have things going my way. However my way of course is not always right and I think I have learnt through my life this fact and that to succeed in life I need to listen to other people. Listen to the higher authority. I wouldn't say I. The most obedient person but I am obedient enough to get this position. I enjoy seeing my friends and my dog they give me a sense of value in the world which with the mod position I could also feel.

I love to sprint and just genuinely be outside Although I do have my fair share of time inside and I think 4000 kills backs that point up. Some things I am quite ocd about and love to keep in shape. I find this annoying In some places but also very useful. It keeps my life straightforward without any distresses. I think I'm just like the average boy my age. Love to play football/soccer like to box sometimes and just overall have a good time that I wouldn't regret.

Secondly I would love to start a business I have a few ideas but I need to work on the software.
