Faction server malfunction

So the faction server malfunctioned today. I'm not sure what happened, but, for some reason it was saying the filesystem is read only. That's the cause for the auc spam. So anyway, I tried to do a reboot, and when the server came back on, the ssh wasn't enabled. So I'm basically locked out. I've been talking to the datacenter staff, but I think they are under high support load and that's why it's taking 4 effing hours to do one thing. Anyway, so the good news is, if filesystem is read only... then people can't lose their stuff.... The bad news is, if something funky is going on with the filesystem and the disk, this could mean literally rip factions. So I guess we wait and see what happened.
edit: well they ran a file system check and it turned out fine. everything works now.

Im glad this was fixed since otherwise we wouldnt be able to play factions and such(kinda late to put this with me xD) and also i think someone should lock this thread
