Faction Server Downtime

Our faction server is a very high performance server, the very best that can be had. It's located in a data-center in Irvine, California. This data-center has two fiber optic connections to the internet. One main connection and a secondary back up connection. The main connection was offline for maintenance. The secondary connection was severed. Therefore the entire data-center, including our awesome faction server, has been without internet for the past 9 hours. I have called staminus/intreppid support. They have been notified it should have been fixed hours ago, but it still has not been fixed, and it's unknown for how much longer they will be offline.
Basically when www.intreppid.com and www.staminus.net come online, the faction server will be online as well.

Staminus is very up to par protection, possibly the best. Far better than black lotus in my experience. Wonder what is taking them so long.
