I play Minecraft because it is a game where you have hundreds of different game modes also you have to work hard to achieve anything. What is your TimeZone? GMT (UK timezone) When are you usually online? I am on almost every day usually from 10am to 7pm with lunch breaks on holidays and on school days I come on early and play for about 10 minutes then when I get home which is usually about 4-5pm i will play till 6 or 7 pm. How long have you been playing SquadCraft? I have been playing on squadcraft almost since the start but I did not have a rank then. I believe it was about 4 to 6 years ago I am not sure. It was when noacraftftw was playing with surgetheurge and acidicblitz. What's your favorite memory on SquadCraft? My favourite memory of Squadcraft was the first time me and my friends went pvping in old squad. Where do you spend your time at SquadCraft? I spend all my time on factions either building things or in pvp. Why do you want to be a moderator? What is your goal as a SquadCraft moderator? I would like to become moderator again to reduce the amount of hackers in pvp or in general. When i was moderator I took all "hacker" calls very seriously and it gives me a sense of pride when I catch one and their /ncp info proves that they hack. I will also ask other moderators what they think the punishment should be (e.g. a warning, kick or jail). As a moderator, how will you effect SquadCraft? As a moderator I would reduce the number of hackers and I hope to bring a more communal feel to the factions chat. Do you want Mod just to have Mod next to your name? I do not want moderator just to have a that title next to my name because then I wouldn't feel that the badge is earned if i haven't worked as hard as i have before to earn it. This is why I have not bought a higher rank that VIP because I think that anything above that rank you do not have to work as hard to be as strong. What happens if you are not chosen to be a moderator? If I am not chosen as a moderator I will still try out for to become a moderator, my hopes will still be there and I shall not rest until this server is a completely safe and hacker free environment. What kind of skills do you have? The skills i have are to reason with everyone and to treat everyone with the same respect as I would my own family. I will always try to calm all situations if it is needed and I will never take sides even if it involves friends. Have you ever been banned? If so, Why? I have never been banned on any server. Have you ever cheated, used hacks? If so, Why? I have never used hacks unless you consider optifine as one. How do you treat younger players? I will treat younger players exactly the same as any player but if it is needed I will repeat things in a simpler form until they understand what I am trying to say. Also if they are very kind or I feel some responsibility to help them I will sometimes drop everything to help them (e.g. give them god armour, weapons and tools) Do you use teamspeak or skype? I do not use teamspeak but if I need to I will but I do use Skype a lot so am almost always on it. List the things you've done to help the SquadCraft community and the SquadCraft server. I have helped squad craft by: -Catching hackers and provided evidence. -Calmed very heated chat situations. -Donated to the server for Emerald and VIP -Have got multiple people to donate for a rank, creeper eggs and faction power. How many applications have you submitted before? When was the last one?Is there anything else you would like to say? I think I have properly applied twice, this being my second but I have written other things on the forums.The last really application was in in summer last year, this is because I got promoted to moderator a month or so after my application. I would like to say that I will make it my mission to make this server as safe and hacker free as possible. (I know I have already said this) Do you have any experience as a staff member of any organization? (doesn't have to be minecraft) I do have experience as a moderator on Squadcraft and on one other server that was taken down. I will try to be the most level headed and respectful moderator as possible and I will always give 100% to this server because it has given me such good memories even to this day. I am still making memories on squad craft and hope to give other people some memories that are as good as mine. Why Yonda Demoted me The reason I was demoted (told by other mods, NOT Yonda) was that when I was being totally honest with him, when he asked questions or asked for an opinion, he didn't like it. This is because sometimes I told him he needed to "fix" or "do better with" or "stop being so harsh on some players". But the final straw for Yonda (I was told) was that I said "why do you act like you are better than Surge, that it is your server, Surge has created this job for you so respect him", I think you should change how you act or it is most likely Surge will do something about you. All Yonda said to me was that I was "too much work for tool little reward". I then asked him for a better explanation so he blocked me and deleted me on Skype. I believe that my demotion was wrong and unjust. The reason I should get mod back The reason I should become mod again is that because I have been on this server almost from the very start and have dedicated hours and hours to becoming stronger, better and more powerful as a faction on this server. I also have donated money to this server because used to be and Emerald rank and am now a VIP because I upgraded. Furthermore I live in the Uk, this means that I am usually online when other mods are offline so then we would be able to have a mod online almost all the time. When I was mod, I honestly do think that the dedication I gave and the level headedness I had was beyond what most other mods did. I found myself putting random players issues before my friends (depending on their severity) because I knew that the new players are the ones you have to help the most. Even if their problem was small I helped them, often giving them extra (e.g. god armour, weapons and tools). As a lot of people know I was most focused on catching hackers in pvp. This is because pvp is supposed to be the focus of everyone, their target to become the best pvper on the server (without hacking). If someone in chat accused someone of hacking I would take every case seriously and give my undivided attention to the "victim" and the "hacker". I felt that doing so gave the server a more communal feel in a quite argumentative and sometimes abusive community. I did catch a lot of hackers and I would always make sure their "/ncp info" backed up my actions. I would also usually ask the other mods what they thought the sentence should be (e.g. warning, kick or prison sentence). i think he should be mod i have known him for a long time and he is a respectful player.. he respects other players and tends to calm down situations that are not going well... however he used to be mod and was demoted for being honest as he explains in his other post
Well, when you were mod I didn't see you do anything that a mod would do (mute, jail, tempban, etc..) And from what I remember you loved having mod because you could do /fly. You are also EXTREEMLY inactive! You have been home for the longest while and just a few days ago you started playing again. I don't want to start any argument so just consider these things.
I did and you can ask all the old mods and most of the older players that I did exactly what was expected of me and more. Also i was only inactive for a bit because my computer broke and then my internet was down for weeks and weeks and could only use my 3G. I always got on the server when I could. I did not choose to be inactive but it was not my fault. I f you want to know why I got demoted please look at the other thread I posted called Moist_Sausage re-Mod and i explain in detail why. but thanks anyway for your feedback Ajain.
You were a great mod that was demoted for doing there job. I like your application +1. However there is one thing. You need to be more active. That's all. Other than that GoodLuck!
It wasn't my fault I just couldn't fix the internet and it took BT ages to fix and also apple took ages. to fix my mac but i will be as active as possible i will be on 7days a week besides on special days e.g. christmas etc
This is more of a personal question, but in your application you said that you are online from 10am - 7pm nearly every day. You must have school or a job to attend to.
nah i was talking about holidays like this but on school days probably go on for about 10mins in the morning and when i got back play till 6 or 7 pm. Sorry for the confusion.
Might want to include that, as of now you will give others reading the illusion that you are on all day, every day.
Um, from what I see... this app looks good but ye I agree with Ajain and Creeperbot. I have been playing squad craft for about a year and a bit now and i only remember seeing you a few times. This might just be timezones or something, but overall +1 GREAT APP
Was multiplayer/Minecraft around 6 years ago!? xD Oh and BTW, Noah, surge, and acidic played about two years ago.. Plus SquadCraft is barely 4 ish years old. And I specifically don't remember you playing at all.
