If you haven't noticed, the server lacks Moderators on certain servers. I am a big Sky Wars player and while there can be up to 100 players on the server, there will be one Mod on ( if your lucky ). New ranks need to be added to the server to clean up the forums a little bit and make the server flow a lot smoother while also taking pressure of Surge. Moderator applications can be sitting there for months without being denied or accepted. Surge seems to be the only person who is able to accept or deny applications but that isn't good enough. Surge can't be active on the forums all the time while also running a server and things can be hard at times. I suggest adding new ranks to hopefully take recruitment off Surge and giving it to two new ranks. I will be suggesting 4 ranks that will come with a small description. Moderator - This is the first rank given and you will be promoted to this rank by either a Head Admin or a Head Moderator. This rank has the basic commands they will need to keep the server clean and friendly. This includes things like: /kick, /tempban, /jail, and /mute. This rank does not receive permanent bans because they are just being tested at this point. Head Moderator - This will be one of the two ranks which would now recruit new staff. A Head Mod will have the ability to accept or deny applications but will not have the command to add users to the Moderator group. After a Head Moderator accepts an application it is forwarded to the Head Admin who will then add the user to the moderator group. A Head Mod will have the commands a moderator has plus a few extra like: /ban, /ipban, /ip or /checkip, /fly, /v, /god and /tp Admin - The Admin rank is almost the same as the head Moderator but an Admin is not able to accept and deny an application. Admins have a bit more power over Moderators and the Head Moderator but not a noticeable difference. Admins opinions will have a large say on what happens on the server. Admins will speak to the Head Admin regularly and they are expected to clean the forums regularly. This means they will do things like respond to Hacker reports on the forums daily and give the appropriate punishment for the action committed, deleting pointless or irrelevant posts and making sure posts are in the correct area. Head Admin - This is the highest rank after Owner. This rank needs somebody who is trusted by people all over Squadcraft from all different servers. There will only be one Head Admin so this needs to be the right person. The Head Admin has all commands an Owner would and is able to edit usergroups, recruit staff and lift bans. I understand people may not like the idea but if you just go look at some Moderator applications you will see some were created a long time ago and still haven't been denied or accepted. While people may be happy with the way the server is running at the moment the forums would be cleaned up in just a few days if you get a few Admins and a Head Admin. EDIT: The Head Mod will only be able to promote people to a new rank called Trial Mod. The trial Mod will only get /kick and /mute. The only way a Trial Mod can be promoted is when the Head Admin feels it right to.
The problem with the Headmod + is that Surge has to know and trust players very well to appoint them to that position and everyone who might have fit the job left with Yonda...
I guess so. I don't know many trusted people on the server but there is a few. I am not willing to give any names out because I want them people to prove it without my recommendation.

I don't think a newly promoted mod should get that much power that fast, it could go to there head. i think there needs to be a trial mod with only the command /kick that way you can tell if there worth promoting and ease them into the job and responsibilities.

Mods aren't getting access to jail or ban. It was abused wayyy too much before. I have tried to persuade surge; I can show you the letter I wrote him.
Ok. Letter? Or did you pm him? Does he even trust you? You should accept/deny apps, and you would send the results to surge.
Mod's can't accept apps. That would be disasterous. They can deny though. Also, I msged him the letter through Skype.
I am reporting hackers and spammers like crazy. And I can be responsible and not abusive. I would be a great moderator along with Bolt. He is great too.

Maybe mods can send apps they think are worthy of promotion to surge through skype or email or something.
What we need is an amazing admin who knows his stuff and is extremely active to fill that gap when surge is not. Not saying anything bad against surge.
I have someone in mind. Surge knows this player in real life and is very well friends with him. That Player is TheSnowGlobe. He currently is an operator on SquadCraft and just helps surge with testing and plugins. Also when TheSnowGlobe sees someone rule breaking, he automatically gives the punishment needed to the player. He is also very friendly and helpful with the community of SquadCraft. I would say he could do an amazing job as an Administrator.
I'm just adding this in if u dont add jail than it basiclly gunna let people hack even when mod are online,yet will be like "o look a mod that cant do anything about me so I'll keep on hacking"and they will not stop hackin be accuse they know that the mods cant do anything i think surge really needs to give /fly /god and /jail back to the mods otherwise whats the point :/
