What is your MineCraft name? XTiger45 Why do you play minecraft? I play minecraft because it is an awesome game that gives me a place to go to talk to current friends, and make new ones. I like being able to do something with my friends in a video game that can be really exciting and where I can be who I am. What is your TimeZone? EST. I live in Georgia. When are you usually online? I am usually online from about 1:30p.m. to about 5:30p.m. on weekdays and on Friday, and the rest of the weekend, I can usually be online from about 8:00a.m. to about 10:00p.m. How many hours a day can you play? How many hours do you actually play? I usually play about 3 or 4 hours a day on weekdays and about 7 hours on weekends. I can play for about 5 hours on weekdays and about 12 hours on weekends, but I do have sports that interest me that I enjoy to play. How long have you been playing SquadCraft? I've been playing squadcraft for about 2 months but have only been a forum member for about 1 month. Even though I haven't played for that long, I think i'm familiar enough with the server to be able to handle the Moderator staff position. What's your favourite memory on SquadCraft? My favorite memory of Squadcraft was the day I 1st joined. I was greeted so nicely and everyone on the server helped me out with the donator ranks, warps, and even gave me a few donor items to get me started . I even got into a faction that was looking for new players. Where do you spend your time at SquadCraft? I spend my time mostly on Factions. Although, I do love being on the Skywars server and playing a bit of that. I'd probably say in percentages, about 75% Factions, and about 25% Skywars. Why do you want to be a moderator? What is your goal as a SquadCraft moderator? I want to be a moderator because I love the Squadcraft server. It's one of the best factions servers I've played on. Ever since the day I joined, I knew that I wanted to help the server, and the community on it. I really think the server is great, and being a moderator on it would be absolutely amazing. I know how to handle situations dealing with multiple problems. I am a very laid back and relaxed person, so I can always keep my cool in any situation the squadcraft server throws at me. I have many years of experience as being a moderator. So, I think i'd fit the job nicely. I love helping people in need of it. I like to live my life by treating others nicely. My 1st word when I was a baby was Love. I can be on for a while, so I can do my job for a long time. I'm never a person to slack off at anything. I always do my work, no matter what it is, to the absolute best of my ability. I always give my 100% effort whether it be 12:00 in the afternoon, or 12:00 midnight. I always treat everyone equally. I've never been a supporter of racism, sexism, or anything of that sort. I will never treat a friend differently than someone who is new to me. I will never treat a Bedrock differently then a Gold, or someone who has no rank. I always am quick to forgive, and slow to anger. I am a very patient person and will not start spamming or cursing at someone if they have irritated me. First of all, spamming is just annoying. Second of all, Cursing 100% intolerable. I will never, ever, tolerate cursing of any kind. Like I said above, I won't let a curse word from a bedrock slide without punishment, but then punish a no rank who did the same thing. My goal as a squadcraft moderator, is to help the server. That is my only intent of this entire application. I want to help the server, and make it the best it can be. I want to permanently get rid of Hackers, Spammers, Advertisers, and rule breakers of all kinds. I will not tolerate any of the rule breaking things I mentioned above. I will do my 100% best, and give my absolute strongest effort, to make Squadcraft a place where people can come for fun. Not to be constantly annoyed by Spammers and advertisers, or even worse, spamming advertisers. I also want to stop people from being killed so easily in pvp by people who like to hack and ruin peoples time on the server. I've never been a fan of hackers. I have never hacked in the past, never will hack now, and never will hack in the future. I like to play all games 100% legit. Taking the "shortcut" of not having to actually put in the effort of clicking your mouse, has never interested me at all, and never will. My goal as a Mod, is to make squadcraft the 100% absolute best minecraft server there has ever been. And I will do my best, to make that happen. As a moderator, how will you effect SquadCraft? I want to have the most positive effect one person can ever possibly have on a minecraft server. I would never, ever, EVER, want to have a negative impact on the server. I have had friends who have quit servers because of the way staff members treated them. And I will give my best effort to make sure that is not the case with Squadcraft. Do you want Mod just to have Mod next to your name? Of course I don't want Moderator just for the prefix! xD. I want to do all of the things I said 2 sections above to help out the server. What happens if you are not chosen to be a moderator? I will 100% respect the choice you guys have made for me, and will go on with my life playing Squadcraft for as long as possible. I'm not the kind of person to quit a server just because they do not get staff. I play the server for fun. Not for perks. What kind of skills do you have? I have been moderator on a couple servers. I feel I have done a pretty good job on the servers I have moderated on. On one of the servers, I was promoted from Mod to Admin. The server sadly went down because of lack of funds. So now, squadcraft is my 100% focus. Have you ever been banned? If so, Why? Never banned, temp-banned, or muted from any server ever. I like to follow the rules servers set out for me. Have you ever cheated, used hacks? If so, Why? Never have, Never will. Hacks and other forms of cheating are for pansies who don't know how to play the game of minecraft. All hacks do is ruin other players experience on Minecraft. How do you treat younger players? I treat younger players with kindness and respect. I like to set the example around the littler children because I want to show them what is ok, and what is not ok. If they see someone hacking, they are likely to hack too. That is another reason why I have never hacked, and never will. Do you use teamspeak or skype? Skype mostly. Teamspeak is pretty cool, but I'd probably favor skype if asked. If any staff would like to know my skype username, I'd be more then happy to send it to you if I am accepted. List the things you've done to help the SquadCraft community and the SquadCraft server. I have helped many people who have just joined by introducing them to the server, and showing them around. I have even given a couple of people god armor sets to help get them started, like I was helped when I 1st joined. I am planning on donating for a rank if there is a Christmas sale. How many applications have you submitted before? When was the last one? I have submitted 1 other application. Although it was pretty recent, I am reapplying due to format change, and other staff members quiting. [I hope this is alright ] Is there anything else you would like to say? My name is Alex Jefferson, I am 16 years old, and love the squadcraft server. I am in the 11th grade and have all "A" grades in all my classes. I never slack off with school, and always try my hardest. Outside of minecraft, I love spending time with my family, girlfriend, friends, and playing sports.
