Hello who ever is reading this I am Sykes10, that is my MC name. I would like to apply for staff on factions of course. I am a kind person in general, like from a scale from 1-10 I think I am around a 9, when you know someone trash talks to me, I will solve the problem by telling them to stop that or if the trash talk is really mean I will mute him for 5 minutes. When he is not muted anymore and he continues I will mute him for 15-20 minutes and after that he still does it I will just simply tempban him for 35 minutes. The reason I will tempban him is because not just because he is trash talking like seriously, it's also because he is disrespecting staff. I think another reason I should be staff is because I follow all certain rules given to me, I will follow those staff rules. I think if I do not follow those rules, I think I am pretty much breaking a law on the server and I should be punished in anyway you would like. I think another reason I should be staff I will respect other people, for example I will respect other people's opinion, for example is they say I am bad at pvp I will not get mad at them I will just say I simply respectfully disagree with your opinion in no harsh way to hurt this members feelings. I will also respect other people if they don't have much stuff for example and they are poor and weak I will not laugh or make fun if this type of person and help them out by inviting them to my faction or giving them so of my stuff I have stored. I think another reason I should be staff is because I will not abuse any powers given to me because I think of it as bullying because I am pretty much making it unfair for another certain person and causing them to to be upset and lead to conflict and conflict is not the answer to any problem so I will avoid any abuse. If I do not know if I am abusing a power I will ask before I do. I think another reason I should be staff is I can catch a hacker when I see one, so for example someone is flying and they are not staff or bedrock but I do not know if they are just lagging, so what I will do is kindly asking how many internet bars he has and if he says 4 I will simply take a screenshot for evidence and report it to the owner or I will simply ban him if I am completely sure he is hacking. I think the final reason I should be staff is because I will simply make this community stronger by stopping any hacking I see by making it fair for everyone and by stopping swearing because I know that is a huge problem on this server and I would like to stop it, because I think it is just a way of bullying someone by making them feel bad because they are not part of a good faction.
