Another EULA Thread :p

So, ignoring the EULA are we? Very smart indeed. People don't make rules so you can find loopholes in them, they make them to be followed. Even if making donating illegal is a terrible idea, would you rather be shut down by Mojang when they find that you ignored their requests? Or have a chance at surviving, and be shut down trying honestly? I hope you decide to work with the EULA, because I don't want to see the server shut down because of dishonesty. This is my opinion, feel free to agree or disagree, I won't be hatin' if yours is different than mine.

 

Feel like crap for pointing it out, but could a potential loophole be people 'donating' for in-game points that act like 'aesthetic features', and they also contribute to the current kits?

 

We have no voting sites.. so we're kinda safe like I myself right now would'nt find this server because of no Youtubers and Voting

Sounds like a fancy way to confuse someone into letting you keep donations legal to me xD

The EULA specifically states that it is not allowed to have "hard" money (real world money) paid to a server to gain "soft" money (in game money/points etc.)
