mcMMO Ban Glitch? (I think this is more than fair)

Recently, my friend, PinguPlaysMCraft and I, ConmannMC, were banned for 4 days by Patrick_Harmon off of mcMMO. 4 Days later, and we're still banned. If me or my friend try to join the server, the ban seems to increase, such as 50 minutes, to 51 minutes. I've been emerald donator for a very long time and so has my friend. I have the records to prove it but I would like to request a rank transfer from mcMMO to Factions, for both me and my friend. I've been told this glitch is not fixable so we are stuck being banned forever. We did nothing wrong to deserve a permanent ban so why is this happening? I would just think it's fair that we both get our same ranks on a different server, because of this glitch. If any proof is needed please contact me, I can get screenshots from my friend and get the ones I have myself to prove I bought emerald. Another thing was that I had bought emerald twice due to a buycraft glitch where you couldn't buy the rankup from diamond. So I was just wondering if I could get a rankup from Emerald to VIP as well on factions? Either way, if you need any more info or have questions just comment and thank you for looking at this request.

 

Lel you want a rank transfer? What does the buycraft clearly state?

Edit: And then you want to upgrade from emerald to VIP just because you bought it twice... And also I will be talking with Yonda about this glitch but as of right now it doesn't seem like anything good. But also if you actually looked at the buycraft you would see Squad absolutely doesn't do rank tranfers.

 

Well Patrick Honestly in this case, I'm not trying to start something but I paid for something and technically didn't receive it if I can't use it due to a glitch in the game. If this cannot be fixed I will be expecting a transfer to factions.

Its not like i just said this but. They dont do rank transfers. And last i knew Yonda was looking into the problem of the bans

 

Why doesn't just /unbanning the player work? Is it because the ban will keep lengthening? Or is it because it's just not working?

 

Mods don't get that command. And Yonda seems to be having some difficulties with it
He tried with AFK and console and Yonda both unbanned him yet it still went back to him being banned. There is prob some complex way of handling it.

We do no refunds and chargeback is ip-ban
