Prison improvement

Hey, i'd like it if mods could be given permission temporarily to have access to people's plots.
Let me explain:
So when people warp, if someone reports them with proof they get a mere jail. Some people never learn. I think if players are reported for warping players should not only be jailed, but have the armor they used when they warped or any armor belonging to warper should be given to the player who fought the warper.
Every time someone is reported for warping, the report should be linked in the staff chat and surge should give one person the perm to have access to people's plots temporarily. When the mod successfully gives the gear to the player who fought the warper, he or she should let surge know and have the perms taken away.

Hopefully you'll consider this idea surge, i think it could also be applied to factions but it'd be a bit more complicated than just going into plots.
