Still no Supporter

Hello @surgetheurge yesterday you transfered my ranks back My alt got crafter but my main still doesn't have supporter? Is this a glitch? Thanks just need it back.

 

wait what? What rank do you need on what account?
I didn't do anything about the supporter because according to buycraft the account did have supporter.

 

_GSP_ had supporter but because I bought crafter for it by accident it has the crafter prefix instead of Supporter

 

why did you even buy crafter wtf

 

For my alt but I bought it for the wrong acc

I know you know but why would you buy crafter when you have supporter disregarding the fact that it's your alt.. lol

 

Surge this is what Happened Please Listen and fix it.

I bought an unban for my account _GSP_ I then went a head and bought crafter for my alt but I left my main account logged in on buy craft because I just bought an unban token for my main So then the crafter rank transferred to my Main Account and my alt had Default. Then you gave my Alternative account Crafter but My main's prefix stayed Crafter I would like to have my prefix changed to Supporter As that is what I donated for. My account still has all the kits that Supporter gets It's just my Prefix Is Crafter and I would like it Supporter Because that's what I donated for Hopefully you can fix it for me. Thanks
