Reasons you should be builder: 1)- You shall make me a Builder because it is really fun and i am very active on the server. I can be called almost anytime on skype and asked to do many builds.
2)- Like i said i am every active on the server so i can fix almost in no time the demage caused by the players.
3)-I am trained to build little houses and little lobbies for the server (of course it is really hard but i will try my best. P.S- I have my own server where i am co-owner. I built a nice lobby which i will try to put on this forum because i don't have the copy of it)
