The account that is applying has been banned for DDOS and hacks multiple times and his alts have also been banned for hacks many times. He should not be mod because of these past offences and he his an immature 12 year old who could not handle a position like this on a server as big as squadcraft. WithaPlayz was Homefry's account wasn't it but you two traded and you upgraded it, You are Nathan but surge has shown his distrust towards you and you tend to annoy him. You most likely won't be getting the position, as you begged him to unban you a couple of weeks back to the point of annoying him and you did ban evade and mute evade for quite some time.
Part of me would like to see you as mod because I don't think you would abuse and you are quite active. Part of me is hesitant because you've been banned here and there and tend to break rules fairly frequently. If you can prove that you can follow rules (i.e. not get punished for an entire month) then I would support this. I am staying neutral for now. P.S. the mute evading was justified. Allow me to explain. He posted a link to "www.namemc.com/s?<playername>" the player's name contained a racial slur. I thought he was advertising a server because of the "mc" part of the address. I told Oman to mute him for a month because of this, when he really should only have been muted for a maximum 12 hours. I've apologized to him for my mistake on TeamSpeak.
Doesn't justify the ban evade despite various warnings to not do so. In my experience with him his only good quality is he doesn't scam but other than that he breaks rules quite often and tends to be immature a lot of the time.

The Only Times I Have Ban Evaded Was When I Got Banned For "Fly Hacks" Many People Have Seen I Freeze Quite Frequently, And If I Am In TeamSpeak I Ask If Im Hovering In The Air For them. Also If TehWitherBaby Doesn't Lie, He Has Witnessed One Time When I Started Freezing In PvP, And He Killed Me Because Of It...

I would feel out of place because a Moderator's job is to enforce the rules. He breaks them. It doesn't really make sense.
