Made Donation for Diamond. Now rank is gone.

    On 04/02/2015 I made a donation for Diamond using the EASTER coupon.
    I received the "Thank you for your purchase!" email from Squadcraft that confirmed purchase of SkyBlock Diamond.

    Before the purchase I was Gold. After the purchase I have no rank at all.

    Two days have passed since purchase. My rank should be Diamond.

    Thanks for your help.

    When I am in the hub, it says "Diamond", but when I go into SkyBlock (where I had Gold rank before) my name is just plain and I have no rank. Here is the receipt. Transacation ID is
    742163453E380351A.

    Hey guys. Come on.
    It has been a few days since I spent $$$ on Squadcraft.
    Looking for my diamond rank.
    It is really not cool to spend $$$ and get nothing. Right?
    Please help and make thsi right.
