    Does anyone know how to get thumnails onto the front of your video?

    You can put on thumbnails once you monetize your videos (I think)
    Go to your channel, video manager, click edit on a video, down the bottom there will be a thumbnails thing.

    To even upload thumbnails you need to verify/monetize your Youtube account. There are tutorials on Youtube for that.
