Hacked account

Hey, my account electrogameshd has been hacked into as far as i know, ive donated for gold rank,70 power and a superpick on that account but since my accounts been hacked i cant use any of it and i was wondering if i have to make a new account is there anyway my rank,supepick,7o faction power and my ingame money could be transfered to my new account if i make one because otherwise i will have wasted my money and i wont continue to play which means i wont be able to continue to play. thanks - electro



Ps. would there be anyway i could have leadership of my faction moved to my new account

The owner and buyer of the minecraft account has absolute control. You can recover you account on the mojand website and change your password.

 

The hacker could of changed the e-mail aswell though.

 

You simply can't request a lost password to your email and recover your account? Kids these days and their security flaws.

 

"this is just a theory" this guy on kitpvp has hacks and everytime he gets jailed, he comes on with an alt threatening to hack my account.
suddenly i time out of the server and none of my servers work, but my internet is still on.. i check the users on task manager and it says there is another guy logged on so i had to turn my internet off, man it was freaky :3

I cant, the email for the account has been changed as well as the password so i have no way of changing it

 

So you didn't have any security questions?

 

Hacking email.. You probably just forgot the password or have poor security

If you have proof that you brought the minecraft account you can claim it back

 

Yeah get in contact with Mojang and show them your your receipt of purchase as well as explain what happened. ^

I did but i believe it might have been someone close to me who knew the answers, if not im assuming its a glitch

 

Thats not the problem though i donated on that account and i wish to keep that stuff i donated even on a new account

 

@breezeyboy Is there a way to transfer all the player data from ElectroGamesHD to a new account when i make it? ( so i keep everything )

i also donated for a superpick but that was ages ago and surge proberly has it on his paypal

 

I would prefer to have my previous player data moved to my new account that way i get to keep my faction and all my stuff i would be able to pay a fee for this to happen if needed like $5 maybe $10 max
