Spam/Hashtags

Any extra things you want to add: They did hashtags while Xavier was on, and Xavier warned and muted them a bunch of times. Just when Xavier logged out for about 10mins, this is what happens...

I'm aware that hashtag'ing is'nt exactly spamming, but both hashtag and spam are rule breaking. And also there isn't a thread catagory for hasgtag reports/reports on rule breaking after all. The final thing I'm going to say right now is that I didn't point out 1 other rule breaker, but the pictures can tell you about him.

Any extra things you want to add: He's using third person speaking to talk (a bukkit command), so even if people /ignore him, he can still spam. the screenshots show that he broke 2 or 3 rules: 1. disrespecting others, even drpigu/ryan. 2. unnecessary swearing. 3(maybe a rule?). overly abusive with the bukkit commands

 

oh and this is kinda off topic, but 2 things:
will the "skylord+" title be given to us who completed the skylord challenge?
also my island is currently lvl 1060+, but when i /is top, it says my rank is 130 instead of rank 5 or 6... does it have to do with the amount of members of your island? all of my friends stopped playing around island lvl 70 or so...
