Any extra things you want to add:Well basically he muted and jailed me for having a bad fac name,being rude etc. And then today I recently bought the account SurgeTheFaggot off of someone and I got on with it, and I stated I was Tredude and joshy proceeded to say things and as you see mute me, and he clearly said it wasn't even for the name, he later stated that It was from yesterday, which I was already punished for. last time I checked you cant punish twice for the same thing that was only committed that one time. I would appreciate if Joshy's representation as a ModTrainer was to be revoked/or his actions have other consequences. I also know xruffkidx, funny456, and multiple others who witnessed this to help back me up.

 

In my perspective i saw tre got on the surgethefaggot account and almost right away got muted for nothing. All he had said was that he was Tredude and he bought it off of someone. As you can see he got mute but not for the name but later he got ip banned and josh told me it was because of the name so i don't get what it was for. I also agree that he shouldn't be able to punish someone again for the same thing that happened yesterday. He already did his time for it why does he have to do it again?

Let's get some things straight. First off, I had nothing to do with you being IP banned for your "surgethesoandso" account. Secondly, the multitude of your actions last night warrant far more than just a 12 hour mute & jail. Like I have stated many times before, you are punished so you learn your lesson; not to continue breaking rules. Yet, after being jailed & muted on multiple accounts for continually incremental time periods, you chose to carry on abusing me & persisted to infringe upon server rules. Mods are told to administer a maximum of 12 hours for mutes & jails, so I re-jailed & muted you once again as I saw your actions to be deserving of a longer mute.

Now, with that explaining done, here is my reasoning for the jail & mutes:

It kinda does, the server has been completely changed since that account was on here, and since than many accounts have been bought on the server.
